30 STRONG is a 30 Day online community based challenge created  to empower you to tap into the best version of yourself despite quarantine lifestyle.


This program includes:

  • weekly meal plans with accommodating grocery lists 

  • daily dumbbell & HIIT style workouts

  • mindset work to help you get through this challenging time and come out STRONGER on the other side

 A PORTION OF all PROCEEDS FROM THIS challenge WILL BE DONATED DIRECTLY to SUPPORT boston residents whose health and well-being are most immediately impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.


Meal Plans 

Plans consist of 4 weekly meal plans with accommodating recipes & grocery lists. Each day includes 3 balanced meals plus a protein packed snack. Meals are rooted in clean eating and gluten & dairy free. Take ownership for how you fuel your body and learn how to get crafty in the kitchen while you have the time! 



30 days of bodyweight and dumbbell ONLY functional strength & HIIT style workouts with weekly structured, progressive programming. Over 50+ demo videos included. Five workouts per week with supplemental core work.

All you need is a pair of dumbbells! 



Learn how to cultivate a positive mindset in times of crisis

Create new habits and rituals to keep momentum moving forward and stay focused on what really matters.
