Why I created 30 STRONG
30 STRONG is a 4 week online community based challenge created to empower you to tap into the best version of yourself despite quarantine lifestyle.

With limited equipment and resources available due to Covid restrictions, I created this challenge specifically for individuals who want to get mentally and physically stronger simply using bodyweight & dumbbells only.

Workouts
4 weekly
45-60 min HIIT STRONG style workouts using bodyweight and dumbbells only
Recipes
A collection of over 20 healthy gluten and dairy free recipes for you to incorporate into your weekly meal prep
